	CBP Marketing accepts ready-to-print artwork files prepared by clients, and once we receive the artwork we will treat it as good to go and proceed with production as-is. Clients are fully responsible for any proofreading and/or relevant set-ups (including but not limited to font outlining/embedding, bleeding, crop marks, image resolution, etc.) prior to uploading the artwork to us. CBP Marketing Inc. is NOT LIABLE for any errors in the final product caused by misspelling, grammar, damaged fonts, punctuation, blurry images, and incorrect sizes.

Uploading Artwork
	Naming Your Files
	When naming your files, please use exactly the same format as following: Order or QuotationNumber-CompanyName.pdf
	Sending Multiple Files
	If you have more than one file, please put all the files relevant to the order into one single zip file, and rename it as your order or quotation number. (e.g. PP16001VFC.zip)
	Sending Method
	It is preferred that you send your artwork file(s) to us via email if your file size is under 10MB. In the email subject, specify the order or quotation number, product name or number, and your company or your name. In the email content, you must include contact name and contact number for this order.

File Formats

	Artworks
	Please use vector based software to make your artwork. We only accept artwork formats in AI, PSD, PDF, or CDR.
	Using Microsoft Word
	We only accept MS Word file for text documents. Any artworks or images submitted using MS Word file are NOT acceptable.
	Computer Operating System
	Please note that all computers in CBP Marketing office are run by Microsoft Windows. Macintosh files may not be readable.

Artwork Layout

	Requirements
	Artwork ratio must be set to 1:1, and must be made in the size you want to print. Resolution: 300 dpi Bleeding: 1/8” Colour Mode: CMYK Crop Marks:


Text settings

	Embedding/Outlining
	You must embed or outline all the texts used in the artwork. If this is not performed before you send us your artworks, fonts and formats will change when we receive the file. CBP Marketing assumes no responsibility for any faults resulted from this mistake.
	Font Size
	The smallest font size allowed on the artwork is 6pt. Smaller fonts may result in unclear printing. Different products may have different requirements.
