Deliveries to Hong Kong

All goods are shipped by logistic company. Our company will settle the related charges, except for the following: deliver to the logistics centers, airports, docks, or the scope of exhibition venue (whether or not entering the building), deliver to islands or outlying areas of Hong Kong, areas where deliveryman need to use the stairs and general locations that the vehicle cannot reach.

Logistic time is one to five working days in general. Delivery time may be delayed due to unexpected situations such as storms and typhoons.

Deliveries to mainland China

All goods are sent from logistics companies entrusted by Shenzhen logistic center. Shipment charge shall be borne by our company for those delivering to the main and second tier cities. Additional costs are borne by the customers. Logistic time is one to seven days in general. Our company acts as a consignment agent only. Accidents and issues happened during delivery are responsible by the logistics companies. Our company will actively cooperate with treatment.
