| Free gift items for non-profit institutions |

| V Make Manufacturing and Printing Ltd. will donate some of the inventories to non-profit institutions in need each year (those institutions must have been in our company's customer list). After checking the inventory, the following items are available for various groups to apply for free. |

| Application procedures and processes |
| |
| A. Email the following information to sales@dingzao.com for institutions applying for the free items, with the title of the email as "apply for free charitable items" |
| 1. Institution name |
| 2. Contact name |
| 3. Contact number |
| 4. Quotation number used in our company |
| 5. Institution address / delivery address |
| 6. The main purpose and receivers of the items applied. Distribution methods and time |
| 7. Information of applying items, including |
| a. Product Code \ Product Name \ Quantity \ Remarks (if needed) |
| b. After receiving the application, we will take the initiative to contact |
| c. As successful applicants, we will issue a shipper. Institutions are required to stamp the shipper. |
| d. Arrange delivery |
| e. After items received from the institutions, proof of donation is required by our company. If possible, please email related photos about the distribution activities to our company email for the purpose of promoting our company image. |

| Note relating to free items application |
| |
| A. Institutions applying for free items must be Hong Kong-registered non-profit organization or government subsidized schools. |
| B. Institutions applying for free items must be our past or recent customers. |
| C. In addition to free gift related products, our company will also offer free shipping to downtown Hong Kong. |
| D. All charitable items are unused and new. |
| E. Free gift items are not guaranteed by our company and they do not have any warranties. |
| F. Our company may disclose the institution name, main purpose and receivers of the items applied, distribution methods and time, for promotion purposes. |
