| Suspected V Make Manufacturing and Printing Ltd.’s solemn statement was found | ||||

Since V Make Manufacturing and Printing Ltd. was found in 2006, we have always been operating in good faith. All of the images, text and code on the company’s website are established by our team effort. Originally, imitate peers is a normal conduct of business, but we have recently found that some local peers have copied images, text and code from our website and pasted on their own websites by using hacking software. Even the name of V Make Manufacturing and Printing Ltd. appeared on their websites. Our company must not turn a blind eye on these illegal acts, so we issued the following statements to set the record straight: |

| 1、 | Based on a local registered company website, the majority of its text, images and code are obviously taken from our company’s website, we feel deeply sorry. We do not have any relationship with the said company. After legal advice, we have taken the following actions: | |||
| （1） | Lawyer has written to the company to request stop using the infringing content immediately and claim compensation. | |||
| （2） | Lawyer has written to the company’s website hosting service provider to request stop publishing the infringing content immediately. | |||
| （3） | Reported to Hong Kong Police. That company may violate the laws listed below, and the police has accepted the case and started the follow-up: 1. Unauthorized access to computer by telecommunications 2. Access to computer with criminal or dishonest intent 3. Tort of passing off 4. Infringement of copyright |

| （4） | We have reported to the Customs and Excise Department, the following reasons may be in violation of the Trade Descriptions | |||
| 1. | The company using our product photos on their website, misleading description of that company had direct or indirect production of the products on in the photos. | |||
| 2. | The company showing our company name on their website and the code within also contains the name of our company, which may be misleading. | |||
| 2、 | In our company’s website, the vast majority of the photos are shot by our own team. We retain all original RAW photo files, and retain the original product as a proof of copyright owner. The rest photos are provided by the suppliers. For any form of infringement, we must investigate. | |||
| 3、 | All program codes on our website (including layout documentation) are written by our own, and we keep all records of updates. Of any person using hacking software to copy our code is deemed dishonest use of computers and, if found, we will certainly report to the Hong Kong Police. | |||
